On Friday (my birthday :-) I photographed one of my best friend's little sister, K., for her high school senior photos. We went down to Georgetown in Washington DC which was the perfect choice. Georgetown is full of beautiful homes and bright vibrant colors (I wish I could live there!). We had a wonderful time and K. made it easy by being so gorgeous (I guess it runs in the family)! Thanks for the fun shoot!!

Disclosure
So as many of you know by now, I am a Photographer NOT a writer! I can't spell, and my grammar is definitely not perfect, so please feel free to correct me, because I just can't see my own mistakes. Oh, I fixed my photos so they are a reasonable size now! Next I need to figure out how to center them...

High School Senior Photos
On Sunday I shot my brother's highschool senior senior photos. I was a little apprehensive, working with my 18 year old brother, but let me tell you, he was awesome! Not only is he a natural model, but he even had some ideas of where to shoot (I told him he needs to come to all my photo shoots from now on). We went to Glen Echo Park in Bethesda, MD which is sooo cool! Thanks again Bryan! Oh, and for those who know High School seniors or juniors, I am looking for models!!

Wow, My pictures are big!
So I saved my pictures really large, so now the stuff on my side bar are at the bottom of my blog... What do you guys think? Larger photos, or sidebar on the side?

Emily & David's Wedding
Back in February I second shot a wedding in Baltimore, MD for the amazing Kim from Kimberly Brooke Photography. The bride was such a trooper. You wouldn't know it but it was in the low 40's... I had some fun with these edits and tried some new vintage tones. Here are a few of my favorites!
Thanks again Kim, I had a fantastic time shooting with you :-)
(I just realized that I spelled "Brooke" wrong in my watermark... Will correct shortly!)

Maternity
Today I traveled down to Washington DC to do my very first maternity session with my good friend's sister, Kelly. Kelly's husband is in the Marines and has been deployed for most of her pregnancy. It was amazing to have the opportunity to document her beautiful pregnancy for her husband who isn't here to share it with her. Thankfully he will be back before the baby comes! Kelly, you were an amazing model and so photogenic. Thanks for the awesome shoot!

Baby Adam
Today I had the joy of photographing my new 2nd cousin Adam (could be 1st cousins once removed, not sure)! Baby Adam was born March 2, 2009 weighing 7 lb. 6 oz. and 20" long. This was the first time I have photographed a baby this young (5 days old!), and thankfully, while his mom took a much needed nap, he stayed quietly asleep (just cried a few time) for his photo-shoot. Dad was a huge help, and Adam was a superstar! Here are a few of my favorites...
